Sample Itinerary:
2nd Day : After Breakfast in the hotel, our first stop will be in a local farm that produce “Torrone” a typical local cake . We will see to a torrone -producing farm for a lesson devoted to the presentation of different cakes and at the end we will have a taste. Lunch in a typical restaurant with local product . The tour continues to the Sanctuary of Montevergine, one of the ancient holy site where, as well as veneration of the image of the Madonna Bruna, can be possible also to admire the collection of Christmas Cribs. Dinner and overnight stay.
3rd Day: Breakfast in the hotel. Arrive to a famous pasta factory for a guided tour. During the visit, we’ll learn the most popular recipes and purchase products in traditional formats: the old artisan pasta and the participants will take part in the preparation . Pasta Tasting. Come back in the hotel and free time. After Dinner , transfer to a theatre to attend a theatrical performance.
4th Day: breakfast in hotel. Visit a local Olive oil manufacturers which is renowned for the best olive oil in the area, in fact the quality has been certified from the EU Agricultural department, of the quality control origin DOC. Explanation of the old style production compared with the new state of the art process. Tasting olive oil produced. Lunch in a typical restaurant. On the way back, an inevitable stop for the lovers of nature and rural countries, Avella and the Roman Amphitheatre. Dinner and overnight stay.
6th Day: Breakfast in hotel. Visit a local dairy factory . You could see a real demonstration of how produced cheese from the first drop of milk to the final product. If you like, try making your own cheese , ready then for you to taste. Final tasting includes some local specialities: such as caciocavallo, caciotta etc etc. In the afternoon visit to the picturesque village of Summonte. Come back in hotel, dnner and overnight.
8th Day: Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Naples Apt . Good Bye

1st Day: Arrival to Naples Airport . Private transfer to the green land of Irpinia . Once arrived at the Hotel 4 star : Welcome drink, check in, dinner and overnight stay.
5th Day: Breakfast in the hotel. Guided visit to a popular factory which produces Doc wines. You will learn about the DOC Campania wine. An old farmer, will welcome us at his vineyard. We will tour his characteristic garden that reflects the typical vegetation of the area. We will then be provided with samples of his wines and explanations of the origins and differences of quality wines in the Campania region, accompanied by a typical buffet of Neapolitan gourmet products. The tour will continue in Mercogliano with the visit of the Church of Madonna Del Loreto. Come back in hotel . Dinner and overnight stay.
7th Day: Breakfast in hotel. Visit to a local farm that product chestnus and nuts . During this day we could participate in the collection of hazelnuts and chestnuts, Guided visit to the botanic park company. Lunch in farm house. The tour continues to Avellino . Visit the former Bourbon Jailand the Museo Irpino to learn more about the pre-historic and medieval age. Farewell dinner in hotel.. Overnight stay.
