Sample Itinerary:

1st Day : Arrival to Naples Apt . Private transfer to our farm house. Check in and accommodation in the rooms booked for You. Welcome tasting of hot pancakes and drink typical of the region. Presentation of the program from the vineyard manager. Dinner and overnight stay.

2nd Day :  Breakfast. Meet with your wine expert. This day  is dedicated to the introduction to the wine and after visit in the vineyard, for lunch using our farm fresch organic. In the afternoon  tasting the wines with emphasis on the relevant features discussed this day. Dinner and overnight stay.

3rd Day:  Breakfast. This morning in the vineyard you could learn the planting system, the soil management and crop production. Lunch in farm house . Visit  the  Torrecuso ancient Castle to admire its still preserved ancient beauty with its period precious furniture  and vintage tapestries. Dinner and overnight stay

4th Day:: Breakfast . This morning you continues your course  with an other step. In the cellar of your farm house  you will introduce to  different wine  characteristics and the  technologies of winemaking. Lunch in farm house. We will then continue on to Cerreto Sannita where is middle age since the famous ceramic art works.  Dinner and overnight stay.

5th Day :Breakfast. This morning , we will have a  Lesson  about the ‘vine-to-wine’ process: - water, soil, chemical his is an important step to preparation of the vintage . Lunch in farm house . In the afternoon you will have a demonstration of  tasting techniques: sensory analysis; visual analysis; olfactory analysis; palate analysis. Dinner and overnight stay.

6th Day: Breakfast. This morning , at last, you will  participate in your  vendemmia , the grape harvest. Meet with the vignaiolo (expert vinyard tenders) and armed with fornice , you will  ready to get out and get some grapes!  After the lunch , visit the beautiful town of Benevento. In addition to the main monuments such as the Arch of Trajan and the Roman Theatre, we will see the Sannio Museum, located in one of the monumental buildings of the city, the complex of S. Sofia. The Museum contains a rich archaeological collection that dates from the Neolithic to the medieval period.  Stop in a local and ancient factory  that produces the Strega liqueurs typical of the Benevento Area.  Tasting the traditional liqueur and sweet production such as torrone, chocolate and bakes goods. Free time to get photos, etc. Dinner and overnight stay.

7th Day: Breakfast . Your week of really vigneron  is about to end. But now you can have the option to adopt your  vyneiard . Your choise of adopting a red grape vine or a white grape vine. The wine is tagged with a personalised hang-tag bearing the name of the owner and date of adoption. During the year you could return to pick your grapes and be part of our annual vintage. Lunch in the farm house . Evening is at leisure to relax  in this  ideal place to be in touch with the nature.

Celebration farewell dinner where you will be awarded a certificate of participation of an expert vigneron . Overnight stay.

8th Day: Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Naples Apt . Good Bye
