Sample Itinerary:

1st  Day: Venice

Arrival of the group in Venice. Private transfer and accommodation in hotel.  Welcome drink. Dinner. Overnight stay .

2nd Day : Venice

Breakfast in hotel. Guided tour of the town: Rialto, S. Marco, I Piombi, La Basilica, Ponte dei Sospiri, Palazzo ducale e canal grande. You’re free at lunch time. Afternoon excursion to the isles famous for ancient glass production and laces production. (Murano-Burano) Back to the hotel dinner and overnight.

3rd Day:  Florence (110 miles)

Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Florence.. You’re free at lunch time. Afternoon guided tour of Florence: Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Strozzi, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte vecchio. Accommodation in hotel, Dinner and overnight.

4th Day: Florence

Breakfast in hotel. Guided visit of Uffizi Gallery. You’re free at lunch time. Afternoon leisure time to buy, stroll or for personal visit. Dinner and overnight.

5th Day: Florence- Rome

Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Rome. Arrival. You’re free at lunch time. Afternoon guided visit of the town: Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza del popolo, Via dei fori imperiali, Colosseo. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner and overnight.

6th Day: Rome- Naples

Breakfast in hotel. Guided visit of Vatican Museum and ST. Peter. You’re free at lunch time. Afternoon departure by private transfer to Naples. Accommodation in hotel . Dinner and  Overnight.

7th Day: Pompei- Vesuvio

Breakfast in hotel. Guided visit of ancient roman ruins of Pompei: Casa de Vettii, Via Sacra, La Basilica ,il teatro, casa del Fauno. At the end of the visit transfer to a Vesuvian wine’s farm, for the tasting of the famous LACRYMA CHRISTI DOC, typical food and spaghettata. Continue to Vesuvio, the only active volcano on the European mainland Arrival by bus on the top (1000 mt) and we continue by foot to the crater. Vesuvio consists of two tops: the oldest Somma’s mountain (1132 mt) and the other more recent, Vesuvio so called (1277 mt) born during the eruption of 79 a.d. At the end of the visit return to the hotel and dinner. After dinner (optional) transfer to Sorrento to watch the traditional Neapolitan tarantella at the price of € 60,00 per person. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

8th Day: Naples.-Departure

Breakfast in hotel. In the morning guided  to Plebiscito Square with The Real Palace (outside), the historical Caffé Gambrinus (where will be possible to taste the “sfogliatella” and the “Naples babà”), Umberto I Gallery, St Charles Theatre. Departure to the airport of Naples Capodichino . Good –bye Italy.
